General Conditions of Business

1. Hearing Instrument price excludes Goods and Services Tax
2. 2 years warranty on all Hearing Instruments and FM systems.
3. 3 months warranty on all repairs and FM systems.
4. Repairs on BTE instruments will take 5 - 10 working days.
5. For Cochlear Implant, BAHA and other products manufacturer warranty and repair regulations apply.
6. Money back guarantee is available but specific terms and conditions apply:
    a) Return case must meet criteria of 3 review appointments within 1 month after date of first fitting
    b) Purchase value will be returned nett of an administration / handling charge of either (i) S$200 per instrument OR (ii) 10% of the total purchase value including GST, whichever is more.
