Advanced Bionics Corporation One-Time Lost or Damaged Processor Replacement
For a registered user of an Advanced Bionics cochlear implant system, Advanced Bionics Corporation will replace, free-of-charge, a sound processor module that has been lost, stolen or is no longer functional because of accidental damage.
This free replacement benefit can only be utilized one time per registered person and only within a 3-year period of an original processor module. The processor module will be replaced with a refurbished same-model processor module (accessories not included) to be used by the registered person and will include a 6-month warranty against defects.
