In regards to support The Hearing Solutions Company Pte. Ltd. as the only company in SEA will provide,

1. In case of any Sound Processor failure, Advanced Bionics will exchange the failed processor immediately at your clinic or at any THSC retail outlets for a reconditioned sound processor. There is no waiting time for your repair to come back, we will help you instantly.
2. As the only distributor in SEA THSC employs a group of dedicated Habilitationists, who can assist you in the habililitation of your child after surgery.
3. Not only can you receive support in your clinic but also in more than 50 retail outlets of THSC spare parts are available and trained staff to assist you.
4. Only THSC has a dedicated regional support team of more than 15 specialists.
5. Spare parts and accessories will be available, either in the clinic or in any of our retail outlets.
6. Through our regional network, full support in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
7. For our customers in countries where THSC does not have a retail outlet, special support packages can be offered. For details please refer to “Hearing Care Packages in Singapore”.
